We had our first night out here in Portland on Friday. By “night out” I mean actually interacting with other people. It was the opening of the “the squirrels made me do it” show at Grass Hut.

We met quite a few of the significant contributors to the resin toy movement. They all seemed to be quite likeable. We spent most of the night talking to Cliff, also new to Portland, of Monstre Hero. Well, I listened mostly. No surprises there.

I like Cliff. Hopefully we’ll get to hang out again. It would be nice to have a friend within a 100 mile radius.
